Job Title : Customer Service Representative Level I
Job Responsibilities
- Dispatch, schedule and close out calls
- Process service requests, prepare paperwork for escalated calls and ensure full customer satisfaction
- Use both common and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures within a call center environment.

What Does Winning Look Like :
Provide Fast, Friendly and Fun customer service to both internal and external customersCommunicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message and phoneAnswer incoming calls, emails, and text messages to close out calls for technicians and salesMaintain scheduled calls on the Dispatch board making sure that all calls are scheduled on the appropriate technician and update customers as needed of technicians ETAAnswer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departmentsMake outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointmentsManage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectivelyOther assigned duties as directed by managementExperience Needed to Win :
High school diploma or equivalent1-5 years experience in a customer service and or dispatcher environmentIntermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to HVACSkills Needed to Win :
