Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand client business requirements and challenges

Design and propose technical solutions that align with client needs

Present solution demos and create technical documentation, including implementation plans

Required Qualifications

Hands-on knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side scripting languages like PHP and Node.js

5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Sales Engineer

Ability to navigate technical discussions with client teams

Experience in writing technical documents and presenting implementation plans

Capability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
