Client Services Manager at Randstad Sourceright integrated MSP - A Randstad Enterprise Business
Are you a highly motivated individual with outstanding customer service skills, eager to become a technical expert? We are seeking Solutions Care Representatives with experience working in financial services. In this call center environment, you will primarily work with financial professionals, their assistants, and Brokerage General Agencies (BGA).
As the selected candidate, you will provide support to callers during all phases of the application process, from submission to policy finalization. You will offer technical support and guidance for e-Application systems, give status updates on pending applications and their current requirements, and educate on specific processes and procedures.
Classroom training will be from 9am to 4 : 30pm, Monday to Friday, for the first 4 weeks. Regular work hours will be from 11 : 30am to 8pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9 : 30am to 6pm on Friday.
This role offers excellent professional development opportunities, with potential to transition into Case Management. The training will be a 5-week program, followed by an initial 8 weeks of full-time in-office work. A hybrid schedule (in-office on Tuesday and Wednesday) may be available based on performance.
