Role

We are searching for a Strategy and Operations Lead who will drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and ecosystem development. In this role, you will pioneer innovative funding strategies, analyze market opportunities, and identify high-impact areas for capital deployment. You will design and launch ecosystem funding programs, optimize systems for efficient grant deployment, and develop strategies to maximize impact on ecosystem growth. With a focus on fostering community engagement and building strategic relationships, you will synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations and lead cross-functional projects to align stakeholders and accelerate progress. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, venture investing, consulting, and / or product management roles
• Strong background in startup operations, resource allocation, and strategic analysis
• Proven track record of launching and scaling new initiatives 0-1 as a fire-and-forget leader
• Expertise around ecosystem growth programs and venture funding strategies (from prospective grants programs to retroactive funding / prizes)
• Experience in Web3, blockchain, or open-source ecosystems strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
• Technical background (CS degree or SWE experience) is beneficial
