Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming mail by sorting and distributing it efficiently.
- Draft responses to incoming correspondence and review outgoing communications for accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements for staff.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Serve as the primary liaison between staff, employees, and the public to facilitate information flow.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports, correspondence, and other essential documents.
- Perform scanning and save documents in electronic formats as required.
- Enter data accurately into Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word documents.
- Operate office equipment, such as scanners and fax machines, with proficiency.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and the public.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively within daily schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience with medical conduct processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with data entry and electronic document management systems.
- Skilled in operating office equipment and maintaining filing systems.
