The Final Assembler builds final product to print by placing all necessary wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards and other hardware components within a chassis.
Position Responsibilities :
- Manually and precisely assembles components into a final product by following work instructions and blueprints
- Fit cable harnesses, circuit card, and components into chassis neatly and within tolerance
- Completes discrete wiring into chassis by soldering and lugging
- Utilizes correct torqueing tools and applies the correct torque during assembly
- Mixes, weighs, and applies appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic components
- Obtains and maintains J-Standard certifications
- Utilizes computer to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software
- Perform other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the value of this organization.

Production Environment : Requires physical capability to work in a production environment up to 9 hours a day including; sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
