Nurse Practitioner Primary Float in Delray Beach, FL

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience to join our primary float team in Delray Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be able to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities :

Conduct health assessments and physical examinations
Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and implement treatment plans
Educate patients on managing their health conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care

Requirements :

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida (or willing to get)

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting
