Collaborate on planning and developing innovative, person-centered programs that truly reflect the goals and dreams of the people we serve Be the Go-To Problem Solver : Provide critical on-call support and guidance to staff, acting as the expert resource they can rely on when challenging situations arise. Strong problem solving and critical thinking capability Deep knowledge of habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field, experience can be substituted for educational unless required by state Minimum of 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required QIDP certification may be required based on state requirements Daily Pay-manage finances with a convenient way to get paid for your work every day, financial flexibility and peace of mind. We're looking for a Habilitative Manager to join our team! As a Habilitative Manager, you'll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include training staff in behavior modification techniques and to assist with developing new programs.

What you'll do :
SCHEDULE : Days, Salaried, flexibility of hours worked needed to manage operations of Mosaic@Home team, some travel (agency vehicle provided) and hybrid work option.
