Billing Analyst

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to manage the order-to-cash cycle and support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer contracts for accurate invoicing and integrate billing information across financial systems

Process customer payments, reconcile entries, and resolve payment discrepancies

Ensure compliance with revenue recognition principles and manage revenue entries in financial systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

4+ years of experience in order-to-cash process management

2+ years of experience using financial software, specifically NetSuite

2+ years of experience with revenue recognition principles
