Note : This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at our clients New Jersey, New York City, or Boca Raton, FL office.

Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of trust and estate administration experience, including probate, tax filings, and fiduciary accounting.

Job Description

• Handle all phases of estate and trust administration from start to finish
• Manage probate filings (experience in New Jersey, New York, and Florida a plus)
• Communicate directly with clients, financial planners, accountants, and other professionals
• Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings
• Oversee distribution of estate assets, trust funding, and deed preparation
• Utilize estate tax software (ONESOURCE / Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word
• Maintain organized records, prioritize multiple deadlines, and work closely with attorneys
• Support complex estate planning matters with accuracy and attention to detail
