Key Responsibilities
Design and scale executive engagement programs, including Customer Advisory Boards and champion communities
Develop compelling customer stories and testimonials to support sales and resonate with executive buyers

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy roles in B2B SaaS
Proven success in building executive engagement and customer advocacy programs
Strong track record in storytelling and content creation linked to business impact
Experience managing budgets and external partners for scalable programs
