A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead growth in insurance and benefits distribution partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and close new enterprise-level distribution partnerships
Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within insurance or financial services
Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing enterprise-level deals
Strong understanding of insurance distribution models and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
