Lifeguard Position

HealthFitness has a great opportunity for part-time (morning shift) Lifeguards at our large client corporate client site located in Racine, WI.

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all of the aquatic facility members and guests.

Lifeguard - Racine, WI

Part-time - up to 19 hours / week

Schedule : Requesting morning availability i.e. 5 : 15a-9a OR 9a-12 : 30p

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities. Enforce and explain rules as necessary.
• Respond appropriately to any emergency.
• Ensure that needs of the aquatic center are being met by folding towels; cleaning; filling water machines; and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members.
• Other duties as needed / assigned.

What You Need To Have

All lifeguards are required to perform a basic lifeguard skill test consisting of :

Compensation : $12 / Hour - $14.75 / Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
