Job Description

Local staffing / PEO agency has an opening for a business development representative. Must be sales and goal oriented; ambitious to bring in new business.

Duties / Requirements include but are not limited to :

  • Developing new leads and seeking sales opportunities.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of customers
  • Will be creating proposals, new job orders, and maintaining rapport with customers
  • Answering customer questions and concerns
  • Providing feedback to clients and colleagues
  • Managing account information and developing strategies
  • Payroll check delivery to clients as needed
  • Computer skills

Prefer staffing / PEO experience and knowledge; but not required. Will also be attending networking events, as well as golf tournaments and other fundraising events as needed.

Must have reliable transportation, as candidate will be driving own vehicle for sales. Monthly auto allowance will be paid.

This position is M-F 8-5 and pay is based on experience. It is base + commission, commission will be a tiered commission based on sales.

This is a direct hire position.
