What would you do as a Homeowner's Insurance Agent

As a Full-Time Homeowner's Insurance Agent at Florida One Insurance, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their homeowner's insurance needs. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing clients' coverage requirements and providing tailored policy recommendations. You will prepare and present detailed quotes while clearly explaining policy terms, conditions, coverage options, and exclusions to ensure clients make well-informed decisions.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is essential, as you will address their questions or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and trust. You will also handle policy renewals, updates, and changes, supporting clients throughout the claims process with guidance and assistance in filing claims. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in homeowner's insurance.
• Active state insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire).
• Strong knowledge of homeowner's insurance products, policy terms and coverage options.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with insurance software and CRM tools (preferred).
