\nOT - home Health needed asap\nThe traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.\nLocal Travelers (within 50 miles) are accepted at a 10% reduced bill rate.\nAt least 2 years of previous OT experience across all age groups required\nAt least 1 travel contract completed\nHome Health experience strongly encouraged\nBLS\n

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Home Health\nExperience : 2 years\nOT- IA\nCertifications : BLS(Copy needed)\nSSN Required\nReferences : 1 Reference in entire work history\n\nThe traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Local Travelers (within 50 miles) are accepted at a 10% reduced bill rate.\n\n\n\n
