Locatie : Zoetermeer (hybride, minimaal 2 dagen per week op locatie)

Startdatum : 20 oktober 2025 (in overleg, intake 14 oktober tussen 10 : 00–14 : 00 uur)

Einddatum : 1 juli 2026

Duur : 9 maanden, met optie op verlenging (2×9 maanden)

Uren per week : 36–40

Tarief : €90 – €100 per uur (all-in, excl. btw)

Functieomschrijving

Binnen het team Realisatie & Operatie draag je bij aan de continuïteit en verdere ontwikkeling van het digitale platform MijnSBB, hét portaal waarmee SBB haar dienstverlening aanbiedt aan onderwijsinstellingen, leerbedrijven en studenten. Het platform ondersteunt ruim 850.000 gebruikers en vormt een cruciale schakel binnen de BPV- en K&E-keten.

Als Fullstack Developer werk je aan zowel de front-end als de back-end van MijnSBB. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe modules, optimaliseert bestaande functionaliteit en waarborgt de stabiliteit van het systeem. Samen met collega's binnen Agile DevOps-teams lever je betrouwbare softwareoplossingen met directe impact op het Nederlandse beroepsonderwijs.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en uitbreiden van MijnSBB-modules
  • Analyseren van incidenten en uitvoeren van verbeteringen
  • Vertalen van functionele wensen naar technische oplossingen
  • Ontwerpen van maatwerkcomponenten in een .NET Core -omgeving
  • Werken aan koppelingen binnen de BPV- en K&E-keten
  • Meewerken aan het continu verbeteren van build- en releaseprocessen
  • Actief bijdragen aan Agile-sessies en teamoverleggen

Functie-eisen

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Fullstack Developer binnen complexe omgevingen
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met Agile / Scrum of DevOps-teams
  • Grondige kennis van de volgende technieken :
  • .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, MVC5, WebAPI, T-SQL, (Azure) SQL Server

    • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript, Vue / Nuxt, Bootstrap, jQuery

    Azure stack (App Services, Functions, Servicebus, KeyVault, DevOps pipelines, Storage, Application Insights, Data Factory)

    GIT, JSON / REST, SOAP, WCF, SSIS, Visual Studio, Unit Test

    Toepassing van WCAG 2.1 webtoegankelijkheid
