The Equipment Technician Specialist will install and repair commercial beverage and dish machines and chemical dispensing equipment for commercial dish machines, laundry machines, sinks and mop sinks. Assist District Sales Representatives in selling chemical and beverage programs.

• Perform duties by following the company's safety standards and wearing the proper safety equipment.
• Provide installation and emergency service to Ben E. Keith chemical and beverage customers.
• Record maintenance and repair work performed on equipment.
• Instruct customers regarding operation and care of equipment and provide information such as emergency service numbers.
• Install plumbing required to operate commercial dish machines and beverage equipment.
• Maintain and organize stocks of parts used in on-site installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Manage and schedule installation and emergency service calls.
• Survey and provide list of Keithclean chemicals, dish machines, tables and related equipment for new account openings or conversion of existing accounts.
• Assist in sales meetings, food shows and presentations, promoting chemical and beverage business.
• Other projects as assigned.
