Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a hardscape crew on residential and commercial projects, ensuring a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Operate and oversee the safe and efficient use of heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.).
- Read, interpret, and execute site plans, layouts, and grade elevations with precision.
- Ensure all installations meet or exceed ICPI and NCMA standards.
- Mentor and train team members in advanced hardscape techniques and equipment operation.
- Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
