THE ROLE

Chetola Resort is seeking friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable AM and PM Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. We are hiring for both morning shifts (7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM) and evening shifts (4 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM) . As a Server, you will create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests by providing exceptional service in a timely and professional manner. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, have a passion for hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering questions about menu items and specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs, providing refills, clearing used dishes, and addressing any concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and side stations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Uphold the Chetola Resort service standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
