Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with department managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria
Executes proactive outreach campaigns to build candidate pipelines and manages job posting processes
Ensures compliance with employment laws and participates in recruitment events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred; experience accepted in lieu of degree
2+ years of related work experience required
PHR or SHRM-CP credential preferred; certification accepted in lieu of 1 year of experience and / or education
Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with applicant-tracking software or the ability to quickly learn such systems
