Sales Strategy Manager

Forvia Hella is seeking its next great Sales Strategy Manager to join our team. The primary function of this role will be to manage a broad scope of commercial and program responsibilities. This role serves as a key interface between our customers and internal cross-functional teams, driving global coordination, strategic planning, and execution to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and business performance within the Americus region.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of the regional customer strategy in alignment with global direction.
  • Drive transparency and alignment between regional and global teams to ensure consistent customer messaging and strategic execution (pricing alignment, change management, global quote support ect).
  • Coordinate major commercial initiatives, including annual price negotiations and contract renewals, in close partnership with sales leadership.
  • Partner with project management, logistics, engineering, and finance teams to ensure customer expectations are met while conducting program oversight.
  • Help maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with customer contacts at various levels. Escalate potential risks, misalignments, or emerging issues to sales leadership with proposed actions.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or commercial roles within the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and coordinate across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Native level Japanese language skills is a must.
