A company is looking for a Compensation Professional to manage broad-based compensation programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the MarketPay / Payscale platform, managing benchmark jobs and validating data accuracy
Lead job description reviews and manage compensation program activities, including salary survey job matching
Support compensation compliance efforts and deliver reporting and analytics to inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
8+ years of experience in compensation
Hands-on experience with MarketPay / Payscale or similar compensation benchmarking tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
