Sales Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist with customer inquiries and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate customer inquiries and provide product cost information

Facilitate product questions and support account executives in securing sales

Analyze and maintain database information and generate reports from the Salesforce system

Required Qualifications

4-year college degree in a related field preferred

Experience in product pricing is required

Distribution experience preferred

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work at a desk for extended periods
