Description

The Administrative Assistant in the Automotive Sales Department supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling customer communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent support to both the sales team and dealership clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and vendorsby phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (CRM tools, DMS systems).
• Prepare sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and title paperwork.
• Assist in scheduling test drives, customer appointments, and team meetings.
• Manage inventory updates and sales reports for management.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery logistics and post-sale documentation.
• Order office and dealership supplies as needed.
• Support digital marketing efforts (vehicle listings, social media postings, etc.).
• Assist sales staff with administrative support to meet monthly sales goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
