Qualifications

• 3–5 years litigation experience in an Am Law 100 or similar large firm
• Demonstrated complex litigation capabilities, particularly in regulatory or financial matters
• Preferred : experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial prep
• Prior role as federal or state prosecutor or defense counsel a strong plus
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proven client management and interpersonal communication ability
• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities under high pressure
• Licensed and in good standing in Washington State, or ability to waive in
