Role Overview
We’re not just hiring—we’re headhunting the best-of-the-best . We’re building something lean, smart, and powerful—and media buying is at the very core of our engine. That’s why we need a badass Senior Media Buyer / AI Creative Director (with a badass comp plan to match) with the rare combo of creative instinct, analytical horsepower, and AI fluency. You’ll fully own performance and lead execution across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and LinkedIn.
You’re not here to “manage vendors” or “make suggestions.” You’re a do-it-all, data-driven powerhouse who thrives in the execution—using AI for creative, launching, optimizing, and scaling ads that move numbers and raise real capital.
You’ll be managing 3–5 active offers at once —similar in structure but each needing unique angles and standout creative. You’ll quarterback the creative process (we’ll provide core copy due to regulations), and you’ll use AI tools to bring those campaigns to life. The tracking system will be built for you.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end campaign execution across Meta—from creative ideation and generation to optimization and scaling.Structure and deploy creative using AI tools to write copy, build static creative, and generate video creative.Manage and scale 3–5 concurrent offers , each requiring distinct creative treatments to stand out.Create and manage ad creative using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Recraft, Canva, AdCreative.ai, Leonardo AI, Ideogram and more.Utilize the pre-built technical advertising infrastructure, including conversion tracking, postback systems, audience creation, link tracking, analytics dashboards, and lead flow management within GoHighLevel (CRM).Read and interpret data accurately to make high-impact optimization decisions.Launch, monitor, and continuously improve Meta campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure technical systems are functioning (conversion tracking, reporting, link tracking).Follow processes and compliance guidelines militantly —accuracy and attention to detail are essential.Skills Needed & Requirements
5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in media buying—particularly on Meta (Facebook / Instagram).You’ve spent at least $50M in your career as a media buyer.You’re currently using AI tools to build creative everyday—and obsessed with learning the next one.Deep experience with ad operations, tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (Hyros, GA, Pixels, clickID, LinkedIn Insight Tag, LinkedIn CAPI, etc.).Strong understanding and use of a CRM—GoHighLevel experience is preferred.You’ve marketed for high-ticket call funnels. Marketing for real estate is a bonus.Deep knowledge and experience of campaign structure, split testing methodology, optimization strategies, and reporting.You’ve managed multiple offers (3–5 concurrently) with a high degree of organization and clarity.Creative experience and the ability to leverage AI design tools to produce and iterate on performance-oriented creatives.Highly analytical and data-driven with an ability to make fast decisions backed by performance insights.Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with accountability.Strong attention to detail and processes—you’re not sloppy, you’re surgical.Results Expected
