Job Description

A respected Minneapolis law firm is seeking an experienced Mass Tort Paralegal to join its litigation team. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a dynamic work environment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts
  • Manage case files from discovery through trial
  • Maintain and organize electronic case records
  • Communicate with clients and draft correspondence
  • Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 2+ years of current experience in mass torts or product liability litigation preferred
  • Paralegal experience in other legal areas will be considered
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Maintains professionalism and discretion
