Texas Licensed Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Associate to support the Hospitality team in coordinating and implementing Hospitality Management Solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing project plans, resources, timelines, and communications for successful project delivery

Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Complete timely client invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables while participating in project status meetings

Required Qualifications

Experience with resource scheduling and project coordination

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple project timelines and workstreams simultaneously

Experience with task tracking or documentation tools

US Citizen or documented ability to work in the US without visa support
