Through federal, state and commercial funding and partnerships, we bring national public health priorities to the local, state or regional level, leveraging our dynamic staff members' wide range of expertise to advance better health and health care services.\n\nIf you are passionate about improving health outcomes and have the skills and experience to contribute, we are committed to making your unique situation fit into our culture.\n\nWe have an opening for a\n\nRegional Manager, Nursing Home - Remote\n\nMust reside in AK, MT, WY, ND, SD, UT, WA or a bordering state.\n\nThe Manager of Nursing Homes is responsible for leading and overseeing quality improvement initiatives within clinician offices across an assigned region. This role manages a team of Quality Improvement Advisors (QIAs) to ensure the delivery of effective technical assistance, successful achievement of project goals, and compliance with all deliverables. Acting as the primary point of accountability for performance within the assigned setting, the Manager collaborates with state and regional leadership teams to standardize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, resolve challenges, and align interventions with organizational and project-wide objectives. Additionally, this position is accountable for developing and implementing partner engagement strategies, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with state, regional, and national partners.\n\nThe successful candidate would have strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail in addition to the following.\n

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, public health, Nursing, or a related field, required.\n
• Licensed RN, LPN, or MSW, PHARMD, preferred AND CPHQ / quality improvement experience or operational leadership in a hospital setting\n
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, CMS quality measures, and accreditation standards for clinician offices.\n
• Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as the Model for Improvement, PDSA cycles, and RCA.\n\nWhy Work at Mountain Pacific?\n

The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of 15 years' healthcare experience, and 3 years of previous supervisory and / or leadership experience preferred. This position requires travel up to 15-60%.
