Job Description
An Advanced Clinical Pharmacist in a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) setting provides comprehensive pharmacy services for BMT patients, focusing on medication management, clinical expertise, and patient education. This role involves optimizing drug therapy, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Advanced Clinical Pharmacist BMT
The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic. This individual serves as a resource for the BMT / Cellular Therapy, the interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists. Duties will include the coordination, education, and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects. Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed.

- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) Required!
