Position Summary :

The Sales Enablement Manager / Senior Manager plays a critical role in equipping the sales team with the content, training, coaching, processes, and tools needed to achieve revenue targets effectively and efficiently. This role not only develops and implements sales enablement initiatives but also drives change leadership efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new strategies, processes, and tools. This position leverages data, insights, and feedback from the field to continuously refine enablement programs and drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate has experience in change management, ensuring that new enablement initiatives are successfully integrated into the sales organization through structured communication, training, and reinforcement strategies.

This position is located at EverDriven’s company HQ in Greenwood Village, CO.

Salary Range : $130K - 150,000K based on experience + bonus potential

Responsibilities :

  • Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution : Develops and implements sales enablement initiatives that align with business objectives, ensuring sales teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Content & Tool Optimization : Creates, curates, and manages sales collateral, playbooks, and other enablement materials. Ensures that sellers have easy access to up-to-date and impactful resources.
  • Training & Development : Designs and delivers sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires and continuous learning for existing team members. Ensures training is structured to drive long-term adoption.
  • Process Improvement & Change Leadership : Leads change management efforts related to sales enablement initiatives. Develops strategies to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies through clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement activities.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting : Analyzes performance data and field feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Uses insights to adjust enablement strategies and drive measurable impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all sales enablement initiatives. Partners with leadership to ensure smooth adoption of changes within the sales organization.
  • Technology & Enablement Tools : Supports the implementation and optimization of sales enablement technologies, ensuring adoption and effectiveness. Provides training and support to drive user engagement.

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • Experience : 4-7 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales training, or a related function
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs.
  • Ability to create compelling sales collateral and enablement content.
  • Experience in building and executing change management programs to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional initiatives.
