Accountant – Client Outsourcing (CAS Team)

Key Responsibilities :

Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
Manage payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Handle bill pay and vendor payments efficiently
Assist with client inquiries and provide support for financial reporting
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within a CPA firm or similar environment

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll, and bill pay processes

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and professional demeanor
