Job Summary :

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, providing top-notch support through phone, email, chat, and counter sales.

What You’ll Do :

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

Handle Order entry via Phone and email communication

Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically

Maintain a high level of product / service knowledge

Document interactions and follow up on customer cases

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Oversee and Maintain our Torque Calibration Process

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Respond to orders efficiently so that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time and prioritize tasks as needed.

Ability to work in a CSR program

Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations.

What You’ll Need :

  • 3 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using customer service software or CRMs (e.g.,Hub Spot)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
