Shift & Schedule : Night 3x12-Hour Shifts (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 7 : 00pm–7 : 30am)

Duration : 13 weeks

Number of Positions : 1

First Time Travelers : Accepted

Local Restrictions : Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from facility

Job Responsibilities & Work Setting :

Perform CT scans using GE (64 slice), Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba equipment

Conduct various studies : abdomen, pelvis, chest, head, neck, spine, and musculoskeletal (trauma, cervical, lumbar, thoracic)

Administer and / or prepare contrast media; start peripheral IVs; follow isolation precautions

Work in both adult acute care and adult outpatient settings

Support Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics

Daily census circa 150 visits / day, 3 rooms, 600 beds

Patient diagnoses include all inpatient and ED cases; procedures include Cardiac, Stroke, and IR interventions

Collaborate with IV Teams, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Rapid Response Teams, and Transportation

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant experience

Certifications : ARRT (R), BLS required (certifications marked

are preferred)

Licensure : NY State License in hand at time of submission

Charting : Experience with Epic required

Experience in community hospitals preferred

Injection certification preferred

Additional Details :

EPIC charting system is a hard requirement

Candidates must be willing to float as needed

Return staff policy : 1 year
