DVM Veterinary Partner & Hospital Equity Owner — we are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. We are offering immediate ownership / equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. Location is completely flexible; let us know where you want to build, and we will provide you with full support to make it happen for $0 out-of-pocket. This is a prime opportunity to become a practice owner and lead your hospital with medical autonomy, while we provide the business support and solutions to help you succeed.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
  • 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
  • Current DEA License / USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
  • Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with our core values
  • Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians
