Service Consultant
People love the outdoors more so now than ever and the boating industry is thriving, growing and fun.
The Service Consultant represents the communication side of our service team. We have many long-term customers and a regular flow of new friends wanting their boats to run well and be taken care of. The key responsibilities are to understand the customer's service and maintenance needs, communicate those to the team, and be the direct contact with the customer as their boat makes its way through service. The base salary is supplemented with a weekly performance commission which can easily drive your year end earnings above $65,000.

Care - The boating community is a fun and passionate group that puts a lot of effort into
getting on the water. A successful day is one where you truly connect with your
customers, by keeping them informed and heard through their service journey. Customers who return year after year mark the true success of you and the team.

Three teams drive the mission :
Get on the Water- They help boaters buy the best boat what they need on the lake. We're authorized dealer for Mastercraft Boats and Avalon Pontoons
Play on the Water- They help with gear, coaching, camps and fun toys in our extensive pro shop
Stay on the Water-They do everything to make sure the boat starts, runs and performs at it's best during the season
The watersports community is a fun group to work with and we're fortunate to be involved in the play side of peoples lives. The pressure to perform is still there, and when we do, great memories happen and customers return year after year.
