Training and Development Manager

A company is looking for a Training and Development Manager to support the Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communication and Positioning, Navigation and Timing Directorate (CG) in the United States Space Force.

Key Responsibilities

Track and manage military performance reports and personnel documentation

Plan and evaluate training and professional development programs for personnel

Monitor compliance of Individual Mobilization Augmentees (IMA) with relevant instructions

Required Qualifications

Must be a US citizen

Secret clearance required

Bachelor's degree or higher

At least 8 years of experience in a related field

Preferred : Master's degree or higher and at least 10 years of demonstrated experience
