Staffing Coordinator

Qualified StaffingCartersville is seeking an energetic, driven, and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to join our team full-time! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and enjoy making a positive impact every day, we want to meet you.

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Location : In-office, Cartersville, GA

Compensation : Competitive pay based on experience + monthly commission opportunities

What Youll Do

  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels
  • Post and maintain quality job ads to attract top talent
  • Anticipate and recruit for high-demand staffing needs
  • Communicate regularly with clients to exceed expectations
  • Resolve employee and client issues promptly and professionally
  • Coach, supervise, and support employees to ensure job and client satisfaction

Branch Administration

  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate employee and client records
  • Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and drug testing
  • Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process
  • Assist the Branch Manager with additional tasks as needed

    • What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional office experience
  • Associates degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
