About the Facility Location The facility is located near Glendive, Montana. About the Clinician's Workday The schedule consists of working 7am-3pm, with a rotation of two weeks on and one week off, including rotating call for weekends and nights. Call is every other night during the week (about 2-3 nights) and from Friday 3pm through Monday 7am on weekends. Cases include bread-and-butter anesthesia, C-sections, epidurals, general, ENT, healthy pediatrics, and trauma, with most days finishing by noon. There is no post-call day off. Lunch is paid depending on the cases. The facility uses Cerner EMR, has three ORs plus a scope room, and CRNAs work autonomously.
