Position Title : Technical Recruiter
Location : Clear Lake, TX
Assignment Type : 3-month to 6- month Contract
Compensation : $35 - $40 / Hour
Work Schedul e : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m.

Overview :
We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting needs during a busy growth period. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, and delivering a smooth, professional candidate experience.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand immediate and upcoming staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting, including intake calls, interviews, candidate feedback, and offer coordination.
- Conduct detailed phone screens and prepare candidate write-ups highlighting key strengths.
- Keep candidates updated throughout the process and ensure an excellent overall experience.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and submittal-to-hire ratios to measure success.
- Maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with HR and leadership teams to align recruiting priorities with business goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate).Strong sourcing skills using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze recruiting performance.Preferred Experience :
Prior experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or manufacturing roles.Background in agency or contract recruiting environments.Comfort sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
