Virginia Licensed Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal I (IV).

Key Responsibilities

Prepares and files petitions and applications for employment-based immigrant visas

Compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, and organizes client documentation

Maintains direct contact with attorneys, clients, and in-house managers while reporting to relevant leaders

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as a paralegal preparing employment-based immigrant visas

Strong organizational and time management skills

Outstanding case / project management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and case management systems

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
