A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - Tech Ops & Support (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities :
Set and execute the multi-year TechOps and Support strategy, managing financials and vendor relationships
Establish and govern support frameworks aligned to ITIL / SRE, overseeing L0-L2 support operations and incident management
Lead the design and evolution of a technology operations platform, promoting automation and best practices across operational domains
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10 to 15+ years of experience in technology operations and support
5+ years of leadership experience in service disciplines and operational tooling
ITIL v3 / v4, SRE, or equivalent background
Experience with enterprise support platforms and major incident management
