Overview Job Title : Content Designer

Location : Charlotte, NC & Raleigh, NC

Employment Type : Contract - 18 Months w / possible extension

Responsibilities This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform. Play a key role in shaping the way client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution. Ensures user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and / or Teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease.

Must Have 2+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field

Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture

Familiarity with A / B testing, user research, and performance analytics

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
