Customer Support Specialist

A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys

Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors

Work in a high-volume production environment

Required Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Comfortable working full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 : 30 pm EST

Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently

Experience in a customer support or call center environment is preferred

Must be eligible to work in the United States without employment sponsorship
