About the Role :
Charlesgate, a forward-thinking real estate firm based in Boston, is expanding into the Conneticut market with a new 26+ unit multifamily development in Fairfield, CT.
We’re looking for a licensed Leasing Associate to help lead the leasing execution for this project, working in partnership with a local brokerage and Charlesgate’s internal leasing platform.
This is a project-based opportunity focused on driving velocity, building strong prospect pipelines, and delivering a high-touch experience during the critical lease-up phase.

This is a project-based leasing role focused on the lease-up phase. Compensation and timeline will be structured accordingly, with opportunity for continued partnership on future projects depending on performance and need.

Compensation is commission based , $750 per closed Lease Up. Timeline will be structured accordingly, with opportunity for continued partnership on future projects depending on performance and need.
