As part of our dynamic team, you\'ll have the opportunity to craft exceptional end to end digital solutions for a diverse clientele, including some of the most well known Australian brands. We are looking for a talented and creative UI Designer to join our growing design team in Melbourne. As a UI Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for a wide range of digital products. Your work will impact how users interact with our products, and you’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring engaging and seamless designs to life.

Key Accountabilities

• Design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centred interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Translate wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into high-quality designs, from concept to final deliverables.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure UI designs align with user experience principles.
• Create and maintain design systems, including style guides, colour palettes, typography, and reusable components.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
• Stay up to date on the latest UI trends, techniques, and tools to keep designs fresh and innovative.
• Ensure that all UI designs follow best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
• Focus on UI work : Primary goal is to get immediate, tangible results and therefore more effective for the PH team member to focus on UI work. This allows them to contribute meaningfully through design execution while the Australian team handles the more nuanced aspects of UX.
