Web Content Administrator

Our great client is currently seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Web Content Administrator in support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) to serves as the primary web developer responsible for the development, maintenance, and technical oversight of command websites across NIPR and SIPR networks. This role focuses on Classic SharePoint development and coding support, particularly for secure environments, and is critical to the functionality, accessibility, and compliance of JNWC web platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, create, and manage site content for JNWC SIPRNET, NIPRNET and Content Management System (CMS) systems including all aspects of website design and content metadata

Provides periodic maintenance to JNWC SIPRNET and NIPRET websites and provides periodic SIPRNET maintenance reports

Identify and perform requested user updates / changes needed to the JNWC NIPRNet SharePoint site

Continually innovate website design to maximize number of users through implementation of latest website designs and performance of customer change requests

Design, develop, and maintain web environments using Classic SharePoint, ensuring site functionality, security, and alignment with user requirements

Provide coding and development support for SIPR network websites, including troubleshooting and custom solution implementation

Collaborate with J6 and technical teams to implement web-based tools, scripts, and templates that enhance internal communication and mission support

Integrate multimedia content (video, images, graphics, documents) into web frameworks as needed, supporting command initiatives while maintaining technical and security standards

Ensure compliance with DoD, USSPACECOM, HHQ directives, OPSEC, public release protocols, and relevant policy guidance

Maintain documentation for development activities, configurations, and updates within web environments

Qualifications

BA / BA in related field and 5+ years of relevant website design experience and 2+ years of SharePoint Administration experience

CompTIA, WOW Certified Web Administrator Associate (CWAA), Master Certified Web Professional (CWP) or equivalent certification

Prior experience working with classified / secure networks and DoD security regulations, policy, and procedures

Proficiency in Classic SharePoint development (including custom web parts, workflows, and site collections)

Experience working in secure networks, particularly SIPR, with an understanding of applicable coding and security protocols

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting for SharePoint environments

Understanding of DoD IT infrastructure, compliance policies, and Public Affairs / public release requirements

CompTIA Sec+

Active security clearance
