Job Duties :
- You are responsible for working on a team that manages daily operations, planning, and customer satisfaction.
- You will greet customers, make them feel welcome, find out and document vehicle and customer concerns.
- You will learn how to build estimates and communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
- You will answer phone calls.
- You will call customers to confirm appointments.
- You will help work though and help resolve concerns or conflicts with customers or internally You will be billing out tickets.
- You will occasionally help pick up and drop off customers.
- You will learn how to order and enter parts invoices You will deliver parts to technicians You will send out links for customer reviews.
- You find ways to stay busy and organized to make stuff happen.
- Pay depends on experience. $15-$20+ hr range to start.
- Expect to learn and grow and be promoted.
Requirements :
You must be a perfect fit for our culture, looking to make a difference and change the auto repair industry one customer at a time.Integrity first Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, ideally as an automotive service advisor Experience with creating an amazing customer experience, working to win repeat and referral business, creating customers for life!Passionate about your work and it shows Friendly and outgoing and quickly able to build trusted genuine relationships with customers and team members You can effectively mult-task and follow through on all of your commitments Proven ability to learn, progress and grow in all you do. You embrace change.Not defensive, quick to accept fault or see opportunities for improvement - good with conflict resolution.You’re computer-savvy and comfortable with quickly and effectively navigating various computer programs used to manage our work flows to elevate the customer experience Ideally you know a thing or two about cars and how they work but if not you must have the desire to quickly learn and embrace helping customers navigate the experience of fixing and maintaining their vehicles.We Are Employee Owned!
