Position Summary

Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and setting clear expectations. Promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace and recruits qualified associates to meet staffing needs and support company growth. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and promoting continuous learning. Leads teams effectively through teaching, training, and providing feedback; communicates store operations, business initiatives, and company direction; and leads change efforts. Ensures exceptional customer service by modeling standards, managing service initiatives, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements. Ensures compliance with policies, supports company values, and promotes an ethical work environment. Drives financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses. Embraces diversity, acts with integrity, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. Supports continuous improvement and adapts to new technologies and skills. Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm sales facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required. Additional training and assessments may be required for associates in certain roles.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
